Serengeti great wildebeest migration moving to North around Moru Kopjes and West Seronera. In June they move to South side of the Grumeti River and Western Corridor. July they moving to Northward through Grumeti reserve and Ikongoro.

Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania stays at Peace Hotel

Arrival in Tanzania, our staff will pick you up at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to Arusha where you will have overnight at Peace hotel in Arusha. On your arrival at the hotel you will be given a briefing about your Safari with your Driver guide or Office representative. The African Tulip is an elegant and charming Luxury Boutique Hotel located along Serengeti Road right in the heart of Arusha. A warm and friendly welcome awaits guests who want to experience the best of Tanzanian hospitality. The hotel has been designed with safari travelers, business persons, families, honeymooners, elite and leisure travelers in mind. Day 2: Tarangire National Park game drive

After breakfast the driver guide will drive from the hotel to Tarangire National Park, 4 hours’ drive from Arusha to Tarangire, Tarangire is the third largest National park and sanctuary for an usually large elephant population. Majestic baobab trees are interested of the park; dwarf the animals that feed beneath them. Animals concentrate along the Tarangire River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the area. There is a great diversity of wildlife including Lion, Leopard, Cheetah, and up six thousand elephant. Half day game drives in the park. Maramboi Tented Camp offers permanent camp facilities and endless vistas of rolling golden grasslands and palm lined desert between Tarangire and Manyara Lake. A visit to the area is essential for anyone interested in evolution and the origins of Mankind and an explanation of the Rift Valley and Africa’s big picture.

Day 3: Tarangire – Serengeti game drive

After breakfast begin a safari towards Serengeti National Park. A picnic Lunch will be provided. On your way to Serengeti will stop at the Olduvai Gorge where the anthropologists Louis and Mary Leakey made many significant discoveries, contributing to the theory that human life originate in Africa.
After stopping for your picnic lunch on a kopje (rock outcropping) in Serengeti you will continue further into the park and proceed with a game drive. The Serengeti Savannah Camps are private and intimate camps scattered around various locations in the Serengeti National Park.


These camps are pitched on magnificent views overlooking Lake Ndutu, for the Ndutu Camp, A stone throw away from Lake Manyara, famous for the great annual wildebeest migration safaris and in nearness to the Kogatende airstrip.

Day 4: Full day in Serengeti migration routine

You will have breakfast at the lodge before we embark on an early morning game drive in the park. The migration consisting of around 2 million animals is on the move all year round. Depending on the season you may see these impressive phenomena. Naturally, it also attracts a mass of predators and you may be able to see a band of lioness gather for hunt. You will return to a lodge for a lunch to gather strength for the afternoon game drive. Situated in the Grumeti Game Reserve adjacent to the Serengeti National Park, Grumeti Migration Camp offers intimate, wilderness camp facilities in the heart of one of Africa’s most vital and important wilderness areas. Our flagship property, Grumeti Migration Camp, consists of 10 individual tented suites along with a separate dining, lounge and bar area. Day 5: Serengeti – Ngorongoro crater

Early morning game, drive to see nocturnal predators returning from hunting and animals waking up in early morning light in the morning. After breakfast continue game drive, on your way to Naabi Hill Gate and towards Ngorongoro conservation area. Continue with game drive in Crater. The lodge is situated at an altitude of 2,200 meters, a few hundred meters back from the rim of the Crater. What it loses in terms of outlook over the Crater, it more than makes up for with its views of untouched high montane forest with Mount Oldeani (3,200 meters) dominating the background, and Mount Makarot in the distance (3130 meters). Stretching across 8,300 square km of dense forest, vast grasslands, and a multitude of stunning craters and lakes, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is home to the famous Ngorongoro Crater.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast you will descent into the crater for a wonderful game drive (with picnic lunch) within Ngorongoro Crateron world Heritage site holding a permanent population of more than 30,000 animals. As only very few of those migrate in and out of crater with its 2000 ft, high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. The crater is also home of the rare black rhino almost extinct in Tanzania. With a bit of luck you will see the Big Five during the game drive. Day 7: Departure Day

After breakfast transfer back to the airport for you flight.
